Dr. Sandra Schrouder is an Associate Professor of Public Administration at Barry University.
Her research interests are in the areas of management, public policy analysis, public finance, education policies, organizational ethics, bureaucratic discretion, and juvenile justice. Her publications include articles in peer-reviewed journals such as Development in Practice, Journal of Economics and Finance Education, International Review of Economics Education, and Applied Economic Letters.
She has presented her papers at regional, national and international conferences and has served as session chair, moderator/discussant, and panelist at these conferences. In addition, she frequently reviews articles for peer-reviewed academic journals as well as new and prospective textbooks in her field.

I was inspired by my teachers, and like them, wanted to share my knowledge with students. After graduating from university, I started teaching, truly enjoyed it, and decided to continue doing so.
